The Queen

A memory from the childhood

By R N SharmaPublished 2 years ago 1 min read

The winter lands on the porch,

The summer dash off the post,

Misty drops trickle from the windows,

Hats, Caps, Socks are there to fiddle,

Mrs. Iiana wants us to read,

To speak correct and hear intently,

My mind is running wild in the ground,

Snow beneath my boots, just sky abound,

Lunch is on and chatter begins,

The groups of people coming out in heave,

Gossipers gossiping the things to do,

Players playing the court to rule,

Soon back to the class but mind is numb,

Good Mrs. Iiana got videos to run,

Craft, Doodling, Cutting around,

Its time to pack and be bus abound,

Moms is waiting for me to reach,

I am awaiting to teach my teddies,

My kingdom, My people eagerly awaits,

The queen is marching to it’s place!
