The Princes in the Tower
Suffocated while they slept. The story is so sad

The Princes in the Tower
Two princes, so young, with crowns to be worn,
Destined for power, yet lost and forlorn.
In the Tower, they waited, with hopes set so high,
But shadows grew long as the years passed them by.
Born to a throne, where the crown should have gleamed,
But fate, cold and cruel, tore apart what they dreamed.
Their futures were stolen, not by sword nor by shield,
But by a kingdom’s ambition, its dark secrets revealed.
In the silence of stone, their names softly fade,
Echoes of promises broken and betrayed.
Two royal boys, with the world at their feet,
Now legends of sorrow in a place so discreet.
Were they to be kings? The question still lingers,
Their fate sealed by unseen, relentless fingers.
Now the Tower remembers, with its cold, silent air,
The children who never became kings, lost to despair.
