The Price of Happiness
When Money Can't Buy What Truly Matters
How much does happiness cost?
Is it a treasure that can be bought?
Or is it something that can't be sought?
For some, it's a hefty fee,
A luxury only the rich can see,
A fleeting pleasure that's hard to keep.
But for others,
it's in the simple things,
A walk in the park,
a song that sings,
A smile from a loved one,
a cup of tea.
The price of happiness is not in gold,
It's in the moments we hold,
In the memories we create,
in the love we unfold.
So don't be fooled by the glitter and shine,
True happiness is not hard to find,
It's in the heart, it's in the mind.
