Sometimes I choose silence, not because I don't care, but because I know that talking too much only makes things more complicated. The more complicated the matter, the more I want to brush it off simply. The more vulnerable I feel, the stronger I appear.

However, everyone experiences lows and unresolved worries. Sometimes, saying "it's okay" simply means I don't want to explain. I may be able to shoulder a lot, but I can't handle everything.

Instead of spending time proving myself to others, it's better to spend time enriching myself. The most important value in life isn't arguing with others, but living with clarity.

Occasionally, you need to rest and slow down. You can say "it's okay," but you also need to practice letting go. Remember, venting isn't bowing to the world.
