Surprisingly, for the first time I’ve decided to turn one of my stories into a song! A fun one for the kids. Below, is the lyrics and audio version of “The Planet Weezy Story” for all to enjoy. Click on the picture below, and choose “Listen In Browser” to start the music. This story is inspired by my favorite rapper, Lil’ Wayne. Enjoy…
The Planet Weezy Story (Lyrics):
Once upon a time it was a really dark night
I got lost driving, must’ve took a wrong right
I wasn’t too scared, though I had a bad sight
Plus the rapper from my radio was keeping me hype
When I turned it up and held my hand like a mic
I quickly saw behind me two really big lights
I wasn’t speeding really, but it made me think twice
I looked down at my dash, then pulled over real nice
First thing I checked was if my belt was on tight
Of course it always is cause it’s important for life
Second thing I checked was if my license where I like
But it wasn’t in my pocket, and that filled me with fright
I started getting nervous looking backwards at their lights
I saw somebody coming with Shaquille O’Neal height
I turned off the music, said it all will be alright
I was trying to stay cool, but I was ready for a fight
The steps were getting closer I could hear them full of strain
I started to envision all the thoughts now in my brain
“Where’s the license sir,” I wouldn’t know how to explain
“Oh you say your name’s Alexis, no that can not be your name”
They tapped on the window, I could feel it on the frame
I closed both my eyes, because I thought that I would faint
I pressed the window button down eyes still contained
I said, “Okay listen officer this is going to sound lame”
Before I could keep going I felt something strange
Touching on my arm, like a snail with a mane
When I blinked my eyes I thought that I was insane
A tentacle was holding me to lift me like a crane
I shouted, “Wait wait don’t hurt me let me explain”
But it kept pulling me out of the car without a change
I couldn’t think straight I kicked and shouted out in pain
Then I screamed, “I’m so sorry why do you hate Lil’ Wayne”
Next thing I know it let me down really easy
I held on my stomach cause I started feeling queasy
I looked around and there were like 17 green things
With tentacles on their heads, all trying to greet me
The leader said in a high voice, “We are from Planet Weezy
And we love Lil’ Wayne, we’re from his planet believe me”
I contemplated running away, loud and screaming
Instead we rode away in their spaceship singing
I’m a young milli, young millionaire
I’m a young milli, young millionaire
I am not a human, I am not a human being
I am not a human, I am not a human being
Weezy F. Baby and the F is for phenomenal
Weezy F. Baby and the F is for phenomenal
I should phone home, I should I should phone home
I should phone home, and then I phoned home and went home…
The End.

First of all, I stan Lil Wayne! That’s my favorite rapper too. Secondly I loved this. I would’ve loved it if it was just posted as a poem, without the inclusion of audio—but that made it very special. Something I’ve never seen on Vocal before. I liked the authenticity of the water break too. 😄
Nice 👌👌👌
