Have you seen the origami man,
At the county fair?
Tickets were only a fiver
But I snuck in on a dare
Have you seen the origami man,
Near the palm reader’s station?
If she sees him in your future
You’ll get nothing but lamentations
Have you seen the origami man,
Configure himself in many shapes?
A Swan, a frog, an elephant
A dragon and an ape
Have you seen the origami man,
Fold his lips into a smile?
His paper teeth are sugar white
And sharp enough to defile
Have you seen the origami man,
Bring up a volunteer?
Fold them up with tight sharp, pleats
Until they disappear
Have you seen the origami man,
Looked deep into his folds?
Seen the silent screaming faces,
His flexagon of souls
Have you seen the origami man,
And lived to tell the tale?
Count yourself a lucky one,
He leaves no paper trail

Freakishly delicious
creepy origami man - a horror flick - great entry!
This is freaking fantastic!! So many brilliant lines and such an atmosphere of eeriness
This is soo well done! So unique and masterfully done! I can see this being the premise of a short story too!
