The only barrier is you

The distance to, your dreams is near,

If you can only, lose that crippling fear,

Ask yourself, what’s the worst that can come,

By trying to achieve, something you could’ve done?

No matter what, many lessons you’ll learn,

Be sure you’ll no longer, wonder and yearn,

For a dream unchallenged, eats away inside,

And all you’re doing, is accepting to hide,

You’ve been given a chance, it’s a beautiful gift,

Living in this world, so it shouldn’t be missed,

Opportunity waits, for you to take control,

Live life to fullest, and discover your role,

Try everything, you’ve wanted to try,

So what if you lose, or it makes you cry!

Out of experience, a new path will reveal,

A stronger version, with confidence feel,

So lift up yourself up, reach for the stars,

Keep moving forward, no matter how far,

Learn as you go, start right away,

A stronger you waits, if you try not to delay,

It’s in this moment, don’t live with regret,

Good things will come, if you’re prepared to sweat,

You never know, what lies ahead,

So give it a go, don’t live your life with dread,

Don’t wait any longer, your dreams can come true,

As soon as you realise, the only barrier is you.
