The New Toilet

A humorous take on modern plumbing

The old throne has gone,

Replaced by something new,

A gleaming, shining object,

In porcelain white and blue.

It sits there, pristine and perfect,

Waiting for its first test,

And though it's just a toilet,

I can't help but be impressed.

No more clogs or leaks,

No more stains or smells,

This new toilet is a wonder,

That time will only tell.

It may seem silly to some,

To wax poetic on a loo,

But when you've lived with a bad one,

You'll know how much it's due.

So here's to the new toilet,

May it serve us well and long,

And may it bring us peace and joy,

With each flush and every song.
