The morning kisses

Poem

By RAOMPublished 26 days ago 1 min read

The morning kisses woke me lazily.

The embrace of the dewdrops warmed me.

A leaf in the wind I dance.

In the branch's firm hold.

...

I am not afraid, I am not alone.

We are myriads who breathe truth.

We are myriads who adorn beautifully.

The tree of joy and of life.

...

With time's caresses I learn to endure.

In the depth of silence I hear hearts.

I become a root, in the soil I persist.

And though I bend, I do not break in hardships.

...

I am not a shadow, I am a caress that is shared.

In a human gaze I find purpose.

Whatever hurts, with us is softened.

Whatever hopes, blooms again alive.
