Chapter 3: King of Havoc

Upon return to his mountain throne,
Wukong declared, “This world I own!
No gods or kings shall hold me low;
To Heaven itself, my power will show.”

With iron will, he forged his might,
To seek a weapon fit for his fight.
Through oceans deep, in the Dragon’s keep,
He found the staff that stars would weep.

The Ruyi Jingu Bang, vast yet small,
A rod of gold, it could change at his call.
With this in hand, and his newfound skill,
He challenged the heavens to bend to his will.

He stormed the courts with a rebel’s heart,
Disrupting the celestial arts.
“The Great Sage Equal to Heaven I’ll be,
Bow to me now, or face the sea!”

Yet arrogance burned, a furious light,
The gods prepared to test his might.
With armies vast, they fought for days,
Yet none could match his fiery blaze.

He mocked the heavens, their power slight,
Declaring himself beyond their sight.
But the Jade Emperor, with growing dread,
Sought Buddha’s hand to tame his head.

Chapter 4: The Celestial Feast

The heavens, though bested, played their part,
To trick the Monkey King’s wild heart.
They offered a seat among divine halls,
A ploy to calm his reckless calls.

Wukong accepted, his pride ablaze,
Unaware of the gods’ subtle plays.
He served as a guardian of heavenly fruit,
But soon his patience turned to dispute.

The Peaches of Immortality hung so sweet,
A treasure no mortal could ever eat.
But Wukong, with mischief, took his share,
And scattered the rest without a care.

Drunk on nectar, he found the feast,
Where gods and sages gathered to feast.
He laughed at their scorn, their anger slight,
For none could stop his untamed might.

He raided the halls of the sacred brew,
And danced as chaos around him grew.
With stolen treasures, he fled the skies,
Mocking the gods with his fiery eyes.

But Buddha watched from realms afar,
And knew the time to end this war.
A test of wit, a trap divine,
Would seal the Monkey King’s bold design.
