The magic lake

Poem

By BHUMIPublished about 5 hours ago 1 min read

Beautiful and strange sunlight.

As you touch my body, metamorphosis.

Eyes look at the world with a different hue.

The lake opposite becomes magical.

The leaves in the middle yield their place.

To a gigantic pearl.

Dust motes transform.

Into multi-colored butterflies.

Magic pulls me to the depths.

I swim and breathe freely,

Though I am at the bottom.

Beautiful fish αre swimming with me.

A huge turtle with little hands.

I emerge slowly onto the pearl.

I lie in its soft embrace.

I transcend the moment.

I unite with everything.
