"Do you love me ?"

I asked her once again.

I could not remember the number of times , I asked that very question.

But, as usual she smiled and looked away... into the far horizon.

She is hiding something

A doubt

Initiated ...day by day

It grew

Until... I could not bear it anymore.

"Three whole years " I muttered with burning rage.

"cheated and destroyed my life"

She looked pale and recognition flashed in her very eyes that

I have admired in my poems.

"Did I ? "

I shouted as I was not able to bear it.

I felt her cruelty.

Duality in heart...

" I loved and waited for your love "

I could not understand.

"Why ... I have loved you a lot....." I replied

"Nope. my dear " said her silently.

"It is not love dear....You wanted me not my love "

I could not understand.... and I let her go out of my eyes.

heartbreak
