It’s a reflection of love not visually seen

By the person caught up in its dreadful scheme

Loneliness is a feeling you’re vulnerably alone

Like a paper machete flower that has been left out in a storm

Loneliness takes on a life of its own

Drawing you into it’s deceptive arms

Find a way to unclench its mighty grip

Remembering It’s an illusion like a magicians trick

Reach out to the world for love and care

And reject and resist the loneliness snare

Even a stranger who’s heart is of gold

Will be there to help you uncover your soul

Loneliness isn’t you being left all alone

It’s just you forgetting that the sun once shone

The sun is there behind the clouds

It’s waiting to cast its glowing shroud

So wait for a bit without any care

You’ll be free in a moment from the lowliness snare
