We always lie to ourselves every day especially when trying to survive when in a bad situation.

Love is unconditional.

But kick a dog long enough it's bound to turn on you.

Live is to short.

Have no regrets.

Make sure you survive this.

Help yourself because there is no one that will.

A new way of thinking.

Retraining the brain for all that I've believed.

Nothing seems easy.

How do we do it?

We just believe in a new beginning.

With much trouble that I did to myself by not walking away. I did this to myself.

So, how can I live with myself.

My world was as lie, I believed him when I shouldn't.

I was rock bottom, deep down the turmoil reaching a peak inside.
