The Library of Lost Words
(Unspoken Secrets in Whispering Pages)
Through labyrinthine shelves, shadows creep,
Where forgotten words, their stories seep.
Leather volumes, bound in moonlit sighs,
Hold secrets lost, beneath ink-stained skies.
Whispers from pages, a lover's lament,
Promises etched, with bitter intent.
Sonnets of sorrow, penned in midnight rain,
Aching confessions, whispered in vain.
A lone quill trembles, on parchment so white,
Yearning to capture, the moon's gentle light.
Will it write a new chapter, mend what's undone?
Or forever remain, a melody unsung?
The library beckons, with its secrets untold,
A sanctuary for dreams, both new and old.
For even lost words, like whispers set free,
Can find their voice, in the heart's poetry.
