"The Language of Tears"

"When the Soul Speaks in Silence"

By Fazal MalikPublished 6 months ago 1 min read

In silence born, in silence fall,

A whisper rolling down the wall

Of cheeks that once held pride so high—

Now drenched beneath a weeping sky.

Each drop a memory, raw and pure,

A wound no laughter could ever cure.

They carry truths no tongue can speak,

The strength of those who dare be weak.

They fall from joy, they fall from pain,

From love that left or found again.

From nights too heavy, days too wide—

Where thoughts and feelings dare not hide.

Some fall for loss we cannot name,

Some fall from guilt, some fall from shame.

Some mourn a dream that couldn't last,

Some cleanse the ruins of the past.

Oh tears! You sacred liquid fire,

You burn, you bless, you lift, inspire.

The eye, a chalice full of rain—

A baptism of sacred pain.

And when the world no longer hears,

The soul still speaks… through silent tears.
