The Known and the Not

rest on the same cot

the Known and the Not

meet at a known spot

and there they will share

with nothing but care

all the Known' and Not's thoughts

If you consider yourself known, do not forget from where you've grown

and if by chance not, then do not be fraught

you're the only one with reins on the plot

It's time now, we're at the station

do away with all differentiations; who is to blame?

the answer is no one, were all one in the same

You might feel leveled with all of these thoughts

then again you just may not

The point is today

what I came here to say

while all we are different, each in our own way

were in this together, spread love not dismay

surreal poetry
