Festivals are a time of cheer,

When people gather far and near,

To celebrate and spread good cheer,

And forget all their worries and fear.

There's music, dance, and lots of food,

And colorful decorations to set the mood,

The air is filled with joy and mirth,

As everyone celebrates the day of their birth.

Whether it's Diwali, Christmas, or Eid,

People come together to fulfill their need,

To be with loved ones and make memories,

That they will cherish for centuries.

Festivals are a reminder of our past,

Of traditions and cultures that forever last,

They bring us closer to our roots,

And remind us of our ancestral pursuits.

So let's celebrate every festival with glee,

And make the most of the moments that we see,

For life is short and time flies by,

Let's make every festival a moment to cherish and sanctify.
