In the velvet sky, a streak of light,
A shooting star takes flight,
A journey through the endless night,
A dazzling display of might.
From far-off galaxies it came,
A celestial being without a name,
A wanderer in the cosmic frame,
Leaving all who see it tame.
Its path is mapped by fate alone,
Guided by forces beyond our own,
A traveler in the great unknown,
A spectacle never to be disowned.
So gaze upon this fleeting wonder,
A sight that tears the heart asunder,
A reminder of the heavens' grandeur,
A dance of light that we must ponder.
For in the darkness of the night,
A shooting star ignites our sight,
A beacon of hope burning bright,
A symbol of beauty in our plight.
