Look at me here standing in the center of my own becoming
feet planted on this earth that spins beneath me
while my thoughts scatter like seeds across the landscape
of all I have loved and all I am learning to love
People you are a beautiful unfinished symphony
I am your child caught between conversations
my voice rising with the voices of millions
who have walked these same paths of wonder
who have carried the same questions in their pockets
the same hunger for what comes next
See how I grow?
how the sky opens its arms to receive my breathing
I am the one who stops midjourney to notice
the way light falls across ordinary faces
the way strangers carry their stories like a lightbulb
illuminating corners I never knew existed
What glory lives in this moment of suspension
this place where endings meet beginnings
where every step forward contains the memory
of every step taken before
I celebrate this uncertainty this magnificent not knowing
this democracy of possibility that flows through my veins
Sing with me you fellow wanderers
you beautiful questioners you seekers of the next word
Here in this space between intention and action
between the breath drawn and the breath released
we are most ourselves most human
most ready for whatever wants to be born
