She sweeps the floor with gentle grace,
a quiet smile upon her face.
Her eyes are soft, her hands are kind,
a better heart i'll find.
She wears no gold, no shining thread,
but light and love shine in her stead.
She speaks so low, she walks so light,
yet in my dreams, she burns so bright.
They see a maid, just passing by,
but i see stars within her sky.
She hides her worth, so few can see,but she's a hidden jewel to me.
She brings me peace with just one glance,
as if i float in love's sweet dance.
I wish to hold her, let her know,
that love, like hers, can only grow.
No crown or throne, no queenly rule,
could match my heart’s own hidden jewel.
