The Here and Now

Take it, live it, feel it while you can

The Here and Now

Breathe it in, let it stay,

This moment won’t come twice today.

The sun is warm, the sky is wide,

The world is turning—enjoy the ride.

Laugh a little, take it slow,

Feel the breeze, let worries go.

Tomorrow waits, but not just yet,

Live today with no regret.

Sing a song or dance around,

Feel your feet upon the ground.

Taste the joy, embrace the light,

Hold this moment good and tight.

No need to chase what’s far ahead,

Be right here instead.

Life is now, so take your stand,

Hold its wonder in your hand.

The past is gone, the future unknown,

But here and now, you’re not alone.

The wind may change, the seasons shift,

Still, every day’s a precious gift.

Hear the laughter, catch the breeze,

Let your heart be light and free.

Time will move, as time must do,

But this moment? It belongs to you.
