The heavens align
Searching for my soulmate
Staying with him seemed to have me doomed,
All the while searching for something new
I suddenly felt like a butterfly resurrecting from the gloom
With a glance is when I seen you.
I can feel my body heat beginning to rise
At that moment I swear the stars aligned
My heart beating out of my chest; with a tremble in my thighs
Like a diamond in the light you began to shine
His sensual voice resonating so strong
Wishing your whispers encompass my ears
Never once did it seem to be wrong
Hoping he'll help erase my fears
Love like his I had prolonged
Awaiting his soft touch to wipe away the tears
In your arms is where I belong.
