The railroad commissioner installs a concertina wire fence

To block easy exploration, but it created a mysterious riddle

Alas, all the railways could come up with was a weak defence

Instead, victims would always be led astray by a devilish fiddle

Cutting the chainlinks, they’d ignore the yellow warning signs

Entering the haunted woods, they’d search out the train wreck

Once they find the site, they will never leave the cursed pines

Immortal damnation is their eternal reward for their curious trek

With each new soul claimed, the engineer tolls the engine’s bell

With a lascivious look, the conductor punches each fresh ticket

Demonically possessing everyone, leaving no one alive to tell

A putrid graveyard of rotting corpses lying in the dense thicket

The phantoms wail, hoping the innocent will answer their call

Lucifer’s presence felt upon the wind, whispering lies in ears

The portal is fully open, demons ready for an apocalyptic fall

A damned county’s people pracitically beaten and nearing tears

Electrically charged, riding the lightning, another portal appears

Standing in the storm, a blazing, lone figure rose against the evil

With knowledge of the arcane, giving hope to lift the people’s fears

Both forces, unholy wraith and holy exorcist, from an era that’s primeval
