The hate you gave

English

By Kelly D. Lenka Published 5 years ago 1 min read
Home?

Actively trying to reach that goal

No hi nor hello

Feels like an old logo

Tired of it? then let go

Or rather, an option to forgo

Hangs in there like pillows

Fuming brimestone like bellows

Wondering if it’s time to let go

A thought itched it’s way to the front door

Only to discover the poor,

ill treatment, seeping through each pore

Can it turn out better or more?

Wait until it’s gone and/or no more!

This hate you gave,

Hurt more than save,

Beneath this empty cave

Lies an angry soulmate

And, oh don’t worry about it mate

You’re just another angry slave.
