The Green Star

The Green Star shines brilliantly

Through the evening sky

It is the wisest of the stars

It knows more than you or I

The Green Star can make you wiser

If you learn to absorb its shine

There is much that you may learn from it

True wisdom is divine

For all the knowledge that it has

There's much she does not know

She doesn't want to leave her friends

She has trouble letting go

Though she has a group of friends

She still feels all alone

Like no one wants to be with her

This sad state she will bemoan

Her light is much more different

Then the other stars' light

She feels she has no place with them

She feels alone in the night

But the other stars will tell her

That she truly is their friend

And they hope to make it up to her

To be there until the end

The Green star shines the wisest, through the evening sky

She has knowledge within her, that will surely never die

The most important lesson she learned was to let go
