In the silence of the night,
I hear the whisper of your name,
A ghostly voice that lingers,
A presence that feels the same.

I try to shake the memory,
To forget the love we shared,
But the ache of loss still haunts me,
And the pain is always there.

The touch of your hand,
The warmth of your embrace,
The sound of your laughter,
The light in your face.

All these things I miss,
And they fill me with despair,
For now you're gone forever,
And I'm left with only air.

I try to find some solace,
In the memories we made,
But the emptiness inside me,
Is a constant, heavy weight.

So I sit here in the darkness,
And I let the tears fall free,
For the love that we once shared,
And the person you used to be.

The ghost of you still haunts me,
And it never goes away,
But I'll hold onto the memories,
Until the end of my days.
