Drought

Once lush and verdant,

now cracked, dry, and desolate

without water, dead.

Flood

We need it to live,

a drop can give life, grow food,

too much, and we drown.

Hurricane

A breeze would feel nice,

but for the storm to follow,

its strength to lay waste.

Wildfire

It starts with a spark,

then the whole world consumed, gone

in a plume of smoke.
