Earth
Sitting on a rock
With eyes closed breathing deeply
Becoming present
Water
Where life begins; growth
All life beings need water
No water, no life
Air
The breeze blows gently, sweetly
Feeling the air around me
Cool or cold, be present
Fire
Heartbeat, love, warmth, lust
Entwined bodies of passion
Two people in love
