In the velvet cloak of night, where stars ignite, A constellation lost to memory’s flight. Its name whispered by ancient winds, now faint, A cosmic tale etched in stardust’s delicate paint.

Once, it blazed—a celestial dance sublime, Each point a beacon in the vast expanse of time. Orion’s belt, Cassiopeia’s throne, Their luminous threads woven, forever sown.

But fate, capricious weaver, spun a thread awry, And the Forgotten Constellation began to die. Its stars dimmed, their stories veiled in mist, As if the universe itself had amnesia kissed.

Vega wept, her melody silenced by sorrow, Lyra’s strings frayed, notes lost in the morrow. And Draco, once fierce, now a ghostly coil, His fire quenched, his purpose uncoil.

Yet in the quiet spaces between galaxies, Hope lingered—a cosmic memory, a plea. For a stargazer with eyes wide as nebulae, To seek the lost, to unravel astral ballet.

She traced the void, her heart a compass true, Through interstellar dust, where secrets accrue. And there, in the cosmic tapestry’s hidden seam, She glimpsed the Forgotten Constellation’s dream.

A love story etched in Vega’s silver glow, Two stars entwined, forbidden eons ago. They danced across epochs, defying cosmic laws, Their celestial waltz a testament to lost cause.

But why forgotten? The stargazer wondered, As she charted their path, stars unencumbered. Perhaps memory fades, like echoes in space, Yet love persists—a luminous, eternal grace.

So she wove their tale anew, with ink of comet’s tail, In verses whispered to the moon, beyond the veil. And as dawn painted the sky, she vowed to sing, For the Forgotten Constellation—a celestial offering.

May the stars remember, and may their light guide us through the cosmic expanse.
