When pain insists on persisting, you start to slip into the monotony of emergency.

They all just flow one into two.

It feels like evil’s chasing you!

You are never steps ahead.

You just keep trudging on instead.

The end is always just in sight!

So you heave with all your might!

Somehow it’s always steps away.

Yet you never leave the way.

The journey matters as much as the goal.

Keep refining and jealously guarding your soul.

K.B. Silver

God does not send evils to try us and forge us into better people. As I frequently say, we are all the makers of our own doom. We can take the bad situations we experience, like all people have the opportunity to do, and grow in knowledge, wisdom, and spirit. (James 1:13–15)
