The Festival of Stars

V4

By James GreenPublished 3 years ago 1 min read

The annual festival of stars had arrived in New Aurora

The city was alive with excitement, never a bore

The main square was transformed into a dreamy sight

As holographic constellations and nebulae took flight

Acrobats and performers on stilts, such a sight to see

The crowds were mesmerized, their eyes filled with glee

But as the night went on, the festival took a turn

A surreal and mysterious atmosphere began to burn

The music and lights seemed to swirl and sway

As ghostly figures danced and swayed

People felt a strange sense of unity

A deep and inexplicable sense of community

At the centre of it all was the star stage

Where the city's most talented artists and musicians engaged

The crowd was entranced by the dazzling display

Of pyrotechnics and melodies that soared and played

One man, a scientist, was overcome with awe

The festival of stars had reignited his raw

Curiosity and wonder for the vast universe

A celebration of the human spirit, he couldn't disperse

As the night came to a close and the last notes rang

The scientist knew he'd never forget this night, so grand

A magical evening that touched his soul

And reignited his passion for the stars, a never-ending goal.
