storm on the horizon

I can feel a rush of untouched waters

glazed for life in molten sands

striking the earth

serene in the vast of the ocean

buoyant topples of waves breaking onto the shore

in darkness as calm as the still of the night

searing heat grazing the grains

beach glass

multitudes of colored glass

smooth and polished

sand beneath engulfed in the tide

the electrifying night

energized with bliss

to see natures storm

sulk away in refuge

bracing the wind

moving between the rain drops

the solitude of the night

a site to see and feel in this moment

mesmerized by the storm on the horizon

nature poetry
