Poem 1 - The Dove Shows The Way

I was lost in the forest of love,

The road I was on, stopped,

All the light had gone,

Only darkness remained,

I stumbled through the thicket,

Trying to find my way,

A dove came to me, showed me,

There was a glimmer of light,

A new road to find, a new way,

The dove returned again and again,

To help me follow her all the way,

The Dove gave me an olive branch,

One that led me to you,

Now we can travel together,

Along a new road, a new way,

Through the forest of love,

With you always.
