Trusselli Art, OUTSTAGES CAFE HALLOWEEN
The door creaked back, the silence spoke,
A candy grin, a memory choked.
Footsteps echo, truth will not hide
The mask remembers who has died.
Undo the night, rewind the scream,
This treat was born inside a dream.

Written for fun! HAPPY

Fabulous work Vicki! 🧡☺️
Shorter than your other work but just as potent. I think I got a cavity from the sweetness of this surreal candy-coated poem. Happy Halloween! —S.S.
The poem is excellent, Vicki. Your rhymes are great and the poem flows perfectly. Great job!
