The Days, The Nights, and The Passing of Time
Time Moves on through all weather

Here we are today where the sun shines bright
Where birds fly free and little children play
Where laughter floats on wings so soft and light
And birds and kids enjoy each sunny day
Here we sit tonight ‘neath the silver stars
Where crickets sing beneath the gentle moon
Oh, how soft is this light on this night of ours
I fall asleep to the night bird’s soft tune
As spring draws near and winter says goodbye
How long ago it seems I wished for snow
I think back now and only wonder why
And remember how much I didn’t know
As the years and seasons have come to pass
Now I wonder if life is made of glass
