Where the day takes you can be a surprise

Sometimes I can hardly believe it with my own eyes

Life unfolds in ways we cant understand

We must always remember its part of the plan

Everything happens for a reason

A big breath in as you begin to ease in

Believe and know there is only one place to go

Take in the moment be present and grow

Wherever you find yourself at the end of the day

Just know in your heart its right way

The moment your in may seem all wrong

With an ocean of emotion singing a song

You may think there is no way this is where I belong

When this is the case it may seem your far from home base

How did this happen What a slap to the face

I shouldn't be in this godforsaken place

Now take a pause and stop right there

This does not have to be a place of despair

Its an opportunity to become more aware

Seize the moment and face it without fear

And remember its your feet that brought you to here

Your soul is the captain, your mind and body the ship

Your ego may fool you and tell you not to believe all of that shit

But when you let go and let your soul flow

This new state of being will make your life glow

No longer do you find yourself caught unaware

You know exactly why you found yourself there

In every moment of now comes gratitude and grace

Now you can face anything with a smile upon your face

There are lessons to learn and wisdom to gain
