My Sun, My Prince

See there the Queen rises

To meet you at her feet

Come take the day as it may

And forget the rides

Not in favor on your side

Pick up your feet

And walk to the ends of your streets

Only then can my curse be broken

Forever and a day will you wear it’s shame

When love comes knocking

Show her in

Do not push her away

For once she will come

And never again stay

To mend what has been broken

You must take from life’s tokens

Only then will my spell be broken

Do not mend your heart

For love will break it

Instead take the stand of a King

Give love your high protection

And mend her broken wings

To me there is a sense of Shakespeare in these words. Good job.
