THE COMMUNITY OPERATES BY AGREEMENT

This notice serves as a reminder that residency within this community is contingent upon adherence to shared standards and mutual understanding. All residents are expected to maintain their properties in accordance with established guidelines to preserve order, appearance, and harmony. Items not in compliance may be subject to removal without further notice.

Residents are reminded that standards have been established collectively and reflect shared values regarding safety, respectability, and long-term property value. Individual expressions that draw undue attention or disrupt visual consistency may be perceived as non-cooperative. Continued noncompliance places additional strain on the community as a whole.

In cases where voluntary correction is not achieved, management reserves the right to intervene to restore compliance. This may include removal, alteration, or replacement of items deemed disruptive. Such actions are taken to protect the integrity of the community and should not be interpreted as personal.

Please note that memorials, markings, or alterations placed without approval will be removed during routine maintenance. This includes items affixed to doors, fences, or common landscaping. The bench near the south entrance has been restored to its original condition. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a neutral and welcoming environment.
