The Colorful Heart
Spreading Joy and Beauty Through the Spectrum of Life

In a world of black and white,
A girl appeared, full of light.
Her hair was a rainbow of hues,
Her eyes sparkled like morning dew.
She wore a dress of pink and blue,
With flowers embroidered in red and yellow too.
Her shoes were green, her socks were purple,
She looked like a walking, talking color circle.
She skipped along the city street,
Her heart beating with a joyful beat.
She saw a flower and stopped to smell,
Its fragrance filled her heart so well.
She saw a bird fly by,
Its feathers of the brightest dye.
She laughed and twirled and danced,
Her feet moving in a joyful trance.
The world around her came to life,
All the colors shone so bright.
The sky was blue, the grass was green,
The sun was yellow, the world was serene.
She walked on, her heart aglow,
Spreading color wherever she would go.
She met a boy who looked so sad,
And offered him a hand, so he wouldn't feel bad.
She showed him the beauty of the world,
And how colors could make one's heart unfurled.
She taught him to see with his heart,
And how to find joy in every part.
Together they walked, hand in hand,
In a world that was now full of grand.
The colors now danced around them,
And they lived life to the fullest, amen.
So let us be like this girl so bright,
Full of love, joy and color so right.
Let us see the beauty in every day,
And let our hearts always lead the way
