The clone facility

Strange dream. Human cloning. Medium read.

Confusing walkways (black and white)

Awoke to entering a modern facility with one main floor.

At first it seemed like a government or military compound, but it was not. Obvious by the lack of guards or a large security fence.

Upon entering the facility, the giant entry doors just opened when approached. There were a series of large doors and several security measures that seemed to be "programmed" for someone's arrival or perhaps that was not the case, and my presence (combined with my desire to enter) created this reaction or unimpeded entrance.

Once inside, the layout was immediately known, each floor every room and the purpose of this place. It was used as a research center for creating human clones. This place was not used to create new life, but to replicate existing life. Throughout the facility there were people walking around performing daily tasks and routines. This place was hidden from the public.

It was on a peninsula, surrounded by water on three sides, with lush lush dark green grass about knee high.

The clones were replications of existing people. Are these people really clones of humans?

Then being discovered. An outside human who does not belong.

People running towards us. An overwhelming feeling of capture. The chase begins.

Escaped from the facility into an open space with an overcast sky lit by grey clouds.

Running to the waters edge and sliding into the water unnoticed.

Under the water surface, at the bottom. Breathing water, it feels more thick than air, but still a pleasant relief.

Hiding in underwater grass watching it sway in the current.

Looking up, as they searched along the shore.

They could be seen peering into the distance, as to spot an escape by swimming.

The water was cold, but it felt very comforting.

Distant muffled voices continued for a few minutes.

The soft sand was a very nice place to rest.
