The Branch and Feelings

The root is where my heart starts and grew —-

My heart beats,

my veins flow,

my blood rise…

it went through my soul, entirely—

the soil and the grounds that help me keep growing and spreading.

The root spreads like my veins from my heart to my whole body.

That means it is very strong through the earth.

The branch is where my mind starts and grew-

‘it reaches out through my emotions and feelings..

When it breaks, my feelings were hurt—

with pain,

grief,

shame,

remorse,

-and guilt.

It’s very fragile no matter big or small can be.

When it grow back, my feelings need to be recover.

That means it only takes time to be heal.
