The benefits of dying young
I don’t want to live forever
By Martyna DearingPublished 3 years ago • 1 min read

I hope I die young
Unscarred by age
I hope I die young
Oblivious to pain
***
The moment of forgetting
The feeling of frustration
The pain of inability
The helpless infuriation
***
A loved one died young
Everyone says sorry
But instead I smile
Thinking of the days of his glory.
***
They didn’t end
Till the moment of his last breath.
***
I hope I die young
Untouched by the disease
Full of life and smiles
Doing what I love
Leaving nothing behind
But love, kindness and fond memories.
