Gripped in its scarring claws.
Trapped in its paralysing presence.
Stuck by its cruel addiction.
Changed by its presence.
Lost in its eyes.
The prolonging problems from the beast that is anxiety.
The battles inside one mind that can end it all.
The cause of so much turmoil and devastation among relationships.
Years of dedication and hard work crumbling at the feet of this beast.
An invisible illness still plagued with judgement.
A feeling of isolation while surrounded by people and options.
Many battle these demons daily. Many win, but too many lose.
It's time to change.
This beast can't be beaten alone, but together we can beat it.
Voicing your pain and anguish is the hardest thing you will do, but you've been through enough pain and it's time to plunge a sword through the head of the beast.
Enough is enough, anxiety may be in the head like a nightmare but it's all too real.
