Back then, things happened to me.
Flew paradise and landed, badly.
Endured a boa constrictor love.
Grew wafer-thin.
Still wasn’t eaten.
Tried to eat the world.
Couldn’t stop, having swallowed the sun.
Now, I happen to things.
I claw my way out,
I know to dream and scream,
I know it’s worth fighting for my own face.
