Trauma
Every month
Hurting, cramping, and bloody
Ptsd from all the times I threw up
Tried this, tried that
It's a pain I never get used to
Hey it's my poem, I can complain if I want
The doctor told me the smaller you are the more pain you'll get
Well ain't that some bullsh*t
So here I am stuck in bed
While being told that I have to learn to work through it instead
Why does the pain travel down my legs?
I tried every medicine the drugstore had
But only for 2 seconds, the drug will last
I lay on towels, because like a child I wet the bed, but with blood instead
I know this is a TMI
But I had to write it before I started to cry
You decided to continue to read it
So, thank you
And please don't comment nothing rude
I'm kinda in a bad mood

Extremely relatable! We carry so much pain as women. Really hope you feel better soon!
I hope it passes soon! (and so sorry it will return - nature is not fair)
I felt this 💔 I hope you feel better soon 🫂❤️
I'm so sorry you're experiencing this. I have endometriosis so I totally understand. Sending you lots of love and hugs ❤️
Ohh! Raw, real, and unapologetic—this hits hard! You’ve captured the frustration, exhaustion, and helplessness in such an honest way.🥺 I think every girl might relate this . Hope you’re feeling better soon, and kudos for turning pain into poetry.😊
