That Anticipation

Your eyes were haunting enough.
Just to leave me breathless.
I needed to feel your lips pressed up against mine.
Then you asked me ever so sweetly with just a hint of anxiety,
"Can I kiss you?"
I didn't need another word out of you.
The rush of anticipation,
I just needed to know what you tasted like.
The pure esctasty I felt when I tasted your lips pressed up against my own.
I fell in love with just a single kiss.
