Thank You, Life

Lessons for inner peace and growth

By Rohitha LankaPublished 9 months ago 2 min read

Read on and you'll want to say "thank you".

1. Make life better each year

Because each day our lives are getting shorter

2. Living in the present is not stopping what is important

But it is to stop suffering with unimportant matters

3. All negative emotions will make us feel bad

Always before others make us feel bad

As well as all kinds of positive emotions

Always bless us before blessing others

4. Criticize others every day

Research yourself every day and your mind will rise every day

5. If no one comes to make you angry

You will never know where your mental level is

If no one comes to make you miserable

You will never know what you still have to develop

6. No matter how many people we are on the outside

But inside, we are always alone

Find a way to love yourself because there is no one in this world

To be with her consistently as with herself

7. Mental training and self-improvement

It may not make us free from suffering forever

But it makes us less prone to suffering

8. The best remedy is correction

One's own thoughts, words, and actions

9. Little good deeds done long ago

Finally, May create miracles in life

10. Go as fast as you can

The sooner you let go, the sooner you will be happy

11. Remember ''suffering''

did not come into our lives to give "curses"

But it came into our lives to give "teachings".

12. The first step to living like an awakened one

Is to stop being busy with other people's affairs

Then turn back and analyze yourself

13. All suffering in life

Not because of what other people think about you

But it is caused by what you think, and what others think about you

14. Thanking people who don't do well

That is a good example of what not to do

15. No matter how heavy the suffering

The solution is never far from our hearts

16. Hate him, we are sad, but be kind, we are happy

17. Who are we?

I can be happy

18. Please note

What makes us sad most of the time each day

Not the behavior of others, but our own thoughts

19. If you think you are valuable because you have money

When you run out of money, you run out of value

If you think you are good-looking

Any day you don't look good, you lose your value

If you think you are valuable because you are a good person

As long as you are good, you will always be valuable
