This love lark

The only word to describe me is alone

Are you aware you dropped my heart on your way home?

This love lark is contagious,

and you should see her

She's so major

Quite the opposite to me

I am alone

She dropped my heart on her way home

If you're taken from me tonight

Please say it's temporary

I'm sorry I was late before,

but I had a feeling you were not ready

The only person I confide in is no one

I would of held you longer if I'd of known

Loneliness is outrageous,

but I still breathe her

Now she's a little patient

I'd like to think she got that from me

I confide in no one,

I would of held her longer if I'd of known

If you're taken from me tonight

Please tell me it's temporary

I'm sorry I was late before,

but I had a feeling you were not ready
