Mother, the name we all adore A symbol of love forevermore The one who gives us life and care And teaches us to love and share
Her gentle touch, her loving smile Make all our troubles seem worthwhile She wipes away our tears and pain And fills our lives with joy again
From the moment we're born, she's there To guide us through life's every snare She teaches us to walk and talk And helps us weather every shock
Her love is like a warm embrace That holds us tight in every place She's there to lift us when we fall And to answer every single call
Her heart is filled with boundless love And strength that comes from up above She never asks for anything in return Her love for us will always burn
So let us honor and cherish her And let her know how much we care For mother, the name we all adore Will always be our guiding star.
